How do I get a refund for an App Store purchase?
Apple handles payments for apps on the App Store, so refunds go through Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue or see App Store payments ourselves.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the subscription to cancel. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
I bought something on one iPhone. How do I get it on another?
Sign in with the same Apple Account on the new device, open the app and use its Restore Purchases option. Our apps don't need a separate account.
Can you see my data?
For our own apps, generally not: we design them to keep your data on your device. Each app's privacy details are in our Privacy Policy and on its App Store page.
What should I include when I write?
The app or site you're asking about, your device and its operating system version, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot. Please don't send passwords or private content like journal entries.
